MASS GRADING & EXCAVATION
The topography of the site chosen for a project often looks very different from the final design layout, especially in places not previously developed.
Scarsella Bros employs an experienced earthwork team, bringing expertise in mass grading and excavation across the Western United States.
We have completed large mass grading projects varying from commercial and residential building pads, industrial facilities, roads, parking lots, levees, and more.

ROCK DRILLING & BLASTING

Through precise drilling and blasting, we are able to shape a rugged landscape into a condition suitable for development.

UNDERGROUND PIPE & UTILITY INSTALLATION
The vast majority of civil contract projects include underground utilities. Scarsella Bros. employs pipe experts who specialize in building water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer systems. These systems can vary widely, from single pipe runs to a vast network, including detention ponds, underground infiltration galleries, and stormwater biofiltration.

Scarsella is one of very few contractors that can install utilities more than 25 feet below grade. Our experienced team and extensive fleet of equipment allow us to execute complex underground projects with ease!
